Are shared proxies really reliable?

Absolutely. You won't be able to notice any difference between one of our shared proxies and a normal private proxy. This is because our proxies are hosted in world-class datacentres with fast dedicated connections.

What can I use these proxies for?

You can use the proxies for any legal activity. Whether this be for web browsing, posting with Scrapebox, using TweetAttacks and so on, our proxies stand ready. However, you cannot use our proxies for mailing, but webmailing is allowed.

How many people are these proxies shared with?

The proxies you'll receive will be shared with a maximum of 10 users. Very likely though, it will be much less than that.

What type of proxies are these?

Our proxies allow HTTP/HTTPS connections.

Can I access these proxies through port 80?

Yes you can! Included as standard in all our plans is the ability to access our proxies through port 80. This means you'll be able to access our proxies even on shared web hosting. It ensures no firewall blocks access to your proxies.

How are these proxies authenticated?

The way our proxies are authenicated is by allowing access to them from specific IPs. This means you don't need a username or password to access them once you have locked them to your IP. This is called your authorized IP. To add your authorized IP, it is easily done in the User Control Panel provided.

What if I am on a dynamic IP?

Not to worry, our service allows the changing of your authorized IP as many times as you need. In fact, the User Control Panel provides a special URL to automatically update your authorized IP without you having to do anything.

How many authorized IPs can I set?

By default, just the one for free. But in the User Control Panel, you can add as many additional ones as you'd like for a tiny fee.

Do you provide an API?

Yes! We have a free API you can use to retrieve your proxies or even replace your proxies if desired. Details for it are in the User Control Panel.

I signed up, but I didn't receive any welcome email. What do I do?

It is very likely the email is sitting in your junk box, so check there first. If you still can't find it, you can get your login details instantly at this page.

What cities do you have?

Our proxies are located in Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, Miami, Buffalo, Phoenix, Denver and Dallas.

Do you offer free trials?

No sorry, however the best way of testing our proxies is to sign up to one of our smaller plans and then if our proxies suit your needs you can always upgrade instantly at anytime within the User Control Panel.

What about Scrapebox?

Yes, you can use Scrapebox with our service. However, keep in mind the well-known principle on the web, don't use paid proxies for scraping, use them for posting.

What about GSA?

Yes you can use GSA with our service. Please keep in mind that the proxies may not all pass the test against Google, you can instead test them against Bing. For Google is very strict these days regarding how many searches an IP can do.

If you definitely do need proxies that work with Google, you'll need to order a larger proxy package, as that will spread your searches over a greater amount of IPs and thus you'll have better results.

Do you guarantee that the proxies will work with Google?

No we do not. It may vary every day how many of the proxies allocated to you will work with Google.

What if my proxies do not work for what I'm wanting to use them for?

Just get in contact with support and we'll see what we can do.

Do you offer refunds?

No, but we're pretty sure you won't be wanting one anyway.
